Tennis & Soccer Rehabilitation Program

The majority of soccer and tennis injuries can be prevented by the proper muscular strength and conditioning programs. The risk of injuries can be decreased significantly by strength and agility maintenance programs such as the OccuSport Physical Therapy Tennis and Soccer Rehabilitation Program. Finding a physical therapist who specializes in sports and who has advanced training in lower and upper extremity injuries is important when tailoring a rehabilitation program. OccuSport Physical Therapy clinicians understand that there is more to returning to play than simply being pain-free.

Golf Fitness

The OccuSport Physical Therapy Golf Fitness Program begins with a thorough examination of the golfer’s physical characteristics and swing. We look at a golfer’s posture as it relates to his/her set up and evaluate the golfer’s flexibility, balance, and strength especially in the spine, hips, and shoulders. After determining a golfer’s strengths and weaknesses, we set up an individualized exercise program.
